Q. Which areas does your service cover? We offer our services in Metropolitan Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula. We often travel to Geelong, Ballarat and Bendigo and we are prepared to travel statewide into regional and rural areas.
Q. Does the E-Waste have to be in working order? E-Waste does not have to be in working order. We accept them working or otherwise.
Q. Do you recycle E-Waste items? We are an E-Waste Collection service, we leave the recycling to the professionals.
Can I drop off E-Waste to you? Unfortunately not. We are a mobile transport service where we come to you.
Q. Can you supply us with onsite Bins for E-Waste disposal? We can drop off Bins for your discarded E-Waste, when full, simply call us to collect.
Q. Do I need to prepare my devices before recycling? You don’t need to do anything special. For peace of mind, you can back up your data before handing over your devices. If you need help with data retrieval, we can assist before recycling or destruction.
Q. What types of storage devices can you destroy? Spinning hard drives (HDDs), solid state drives (SSDs), USB flash drives, SD cards, external hard drives and any other flash storage devices.
Q. Are your collection services free? Yes, our collection services are free for local households and businesses.
